What is collected, and what is not.

No cookies are set. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party script of any kind on this site. What follows is the whole of it.

Who is responsible

Apexstoa operates this site and is responsible for the data described here. For anything on this page — a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, or a question — write to apexstoa@proton.me.

What is collected, and why

When you buy. Your email address, the product chosen, the amount, the chain you selected, and the receiving address generated for your order. This is what makes an order possible: it is used to create the order, to confirm the payment on-chain, and to send you the download link and licence key. The lawful basis is performance of a contract.

When you visit. The web server records the request — your IP address, the page asked for, the time, your browser’s user-agent string, and the page you arrived from. This is ordinary server logging, used for security and to understand how much traffic the site gets. The lawful basis is legitimate interests.

In your browser. If you start an order, it is saved in your browser’s local storage so you can close the page and come back to finish paying. It stays on your device, is not sent anywhere, and cannot be read by this site’s operator. Clearing your browser data removes it. This is not a cookie and it is not used to identify or follow you.

Who else sees it

Two service providers, and nobody else. Your data is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not passed to anyone beyond these:

  • An email delivery provider, Resend (resend.com) — sends the order confirmation and the delivery email. It processes your email address and the contents of those messages. Based in the United States.
  • A hosting provider, DigitalOcean (digitalocean.com) — runs the server, in its Amsterdam data centre. Server logs and the order records sit on that machine.

Their own privacy policies cover what they process: Resend and DigitalOcean. Any question about your data: apexstoa@proton.me.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept indefinitely. An order is the record of what you bought and what you were licensed, and your download link is served by checking it — deleting the record would permanently break access to something you paid for. Server logs are rotated by the web server as they grow and are not kept deliberately beyond that.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to it being processed, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to apexstoa@proton.me and it will be answered.

One consequence is worth stating plainly: deleting your order record also removes your access to the download, permanently. A deletion request will be confirmed with you before it is carried out, so that nobody loses a purchase by accident.

If you are in the UK or the EU and are not satisfied with how a request was handled, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
